Requirements and Considerations for Rental

Lock in your rate before we update!!!! Rivera Yard Storage is updating the property with Lights, cameras, & the gate will only be able to be accessed with a card that is assigned to the tenant. We have the most competitive rates in Houston & that won’t change, but after the improvements our prices will slightly increase. Reserves your spot at our current rate before improvements are done, you only have a couple weeks & can lock in your price & space with a contract. *Yard storage Ideal uses: contractor, landscaping, construction, industrial type companies to park equipment, etc... *Trucks, cars, boats, trailers, rv's, & bobtails are a set price. Everything else will need to be quoted by square foot. *Non paved space is available. Some sections of the property need fill dirt, so we would be open to you dumping CLEAN fill if a contractor wanted to. *We DO NOT provide any utilities such as water or power. You are free to use your own generator within your space. *All tenants will have a key, giving them 24 hour access to their property Monday-Friday. *Free Use of garbage Dumpster. *Convenient Location (1 mile from 290) PRICES $60.00 for all vehicles up to 20 FT Trucks, cars, boats, trailers, rv's, FOOD TRUCKS & bobtails Anything over 20 FT will need to be quoted. $0.65 per SF for containers and yard storage. landscaping, construction, industrial type supplies, equipment, etc...
