The Minimum Lot Area, Minimum Lot Frontage, Maximum Building Height, and Maximum Lot Occupancy for the zone IM are 4000 sq. m, 60 m, 18 m, and 65% of the lot, respectively, while for zone IH is 10000 sq. m, 120 m, 18 and 60% of the lot, respectively. The majority of lands belonging to zone IM are located between Bayside road and Redhead road. While lands belonging to zone IH are located north of Bayside road till Loch Lomond road. Some part of zone IH is also located south of the city near the area named Anthonys Cove near the shipping port.
